STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY


🚚 Please take a moment to review our delivery policy

  1. All orders are dispatched from our bakery in JBR.
  2. We only arrange and pay for delivery once your order is paid to us.
  3. We ensure perfect packing, but _we’re not responsible_ for any issues that may arise during transit.
  4. Items are non-refundable.
  5. As we use external drivers, you cannot track the delivery, but we’ll notify you once your order has been picked up, so you can estimate arrival time.
  6. Delivery Fees: 
    1. Free delivery for all orders above 250 AED (standard delivery).
    2. Free delivery to Marina & JBR (standard delivery)
    3. Standard delivery: 22 AED (up to 3-4 hours).
    4. Express delivery: 55 AED (up to 90 minutes after payment).
  8. We will share your phone number with the driver for communication.
  9. For scheduled deliveries we offer 2-hour time slots. For example, if you need your order at 8 AM, the slot will be between 7 AM and 9 AM, or 8 AM to 10 AM.
